How It Works

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason:

1. Email us at homereadyblueprint@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date
2. Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
3. Let us know you'd like a refund (no lengthy explanation required)
4. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• One refund per customer (to prevent abuse)
• Applies to all one-time purchase products

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days, though some banks may take up to 10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

After 30 Days

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds after the 30-day window. However, if you're experiencing technical issues accessing your files, please reach out — we're here to help and will do our best to resolve any problems.

Fair Use Policy

Our refund policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchase. We trust our customers, but we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding products).
